This page says, in plain words, what happens to the information you send Trueline Digital. The short version: the only personal information this site touches is what you type yourself.

Trueline Digital, LLC ("Trueline Digital") is a one-person Pennsylvania company. This policy covers truelinedigital.com and what happens when you get in touch through it.
What this site collects
Nothing, until you decide to reach out. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no ad scripts or social pixels. There is no account to create, and nothing follows you between visits.
When you do reach out, you choose what to share. The contact form asks for three things: your name, your email address, and your message. Emailing, calling, or texting works the same way; whatever you send is all that's collected.
Where it goes
Three services carry a message from you to me, and that's the whole pipeline. Cloudflare hosts the site and forwards mail for the domain. Web3Forms delivers what the contact form submits. Google's Gmail is the inbox where everything lands. Each one handles your message in order to deliver it, nothing more.
Like any host, Cloudflare also keeps standard server logs (IP addresses, requested pages) for security and uptime. Those logs come with the hosting; they aren't used here to identify visitors.
What it's used for
Replying to you and doing the work you asked about. That's the list. Your information is never sold, never rented, and never added to a mailing list you didn't ask for. If a newsletter ever exists, it will be strictly opt-in, and this page will say so first.
How long it's kept
Correspondence stays as long as the conversation or the project needs it, plus the normal business records (like invoices) the law requires keeping. If you want your messages deleted, ask, and it happens, minus anything legally required to stay.
Your choices
Email mike@truelinedigital.com to see what's held about you, correct it, or have it deleted. No forms, no hoops. And no automated system makes decisions about you here; a person reads every message.
Children
This site is for business owners and isn't directed at children under 13. No information is knowingly collected from them.
If this policy changes
If the way this site handles information ever changes (say, analytics get added one day), this page changes first and the date at the top moves with it. No retroactive surprises.
