Terms

The ground rules, in plain words.

These terms cover using this website. Client projects run on their own written agreement, signed by both sides, and where the two differ, that agreement wins.

Effective July 14, 2026 · Trueline Digital, LLC · Lancaster, PA

truelinedigital.com is the website of Trueline Digital, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company in Lancaster, PA. Using the site means you accept these terms. They're short, so read them.

Using this site

This is an informational site: what the studio does, what it costs to start, and how to get in touch. Use it normally and nothing here will surprise you. Don't try to break it, probe it for weaknesses, scrape it in bulk, pass yourself off as Trueline Digital, or use anything on it to spam people.

Content and ownership

The words, images, design, and the Trueline mark belong to Trueline Digital, LLC. The client sites shown under Work belong to their owners; they appear here as checkable examples of real work. Quote a little with credit, but don't republish pages wholesale or use the content commercially without asking first. Asking is one email: mike@truelinedigital.com.

Prices and promises

The "from" prices on this site are honest starting points, not quotes. What a project costs and includes is agreed in writing before work starts, and if a page here ever disagrees with a signed agreement, the agreement wins.

No warranties

Site content is provided as is. It's kept accurate in good faith, but it's general information, not professional advice for your specific situation, and it may occasionally be wrong, out of date, or unavailable. No promise says otherwise.

Liability

To the fullest extent Pennsylvania law allows, Trueline Digital, LLC isn't liable for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. The plain version: this is a brochure site; talk to a person before betting anything important on it.

Links out

Pages here link to outside sites, including live client work. Those sites have their own owners, terms, and privacy practices, and Trueline Digital doesn't control any of it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute over this website gets handled in the state or federal courts covering Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.

If these terms change

The current version always lives at this address with its date at the top. Using the site after a change means the current version applies.
